This well-known mid-tier firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer 2-5 years pqe to add to its team.
You will have minimum 2 years' experience in providing employment advice, such as unfair dismissal, general protection, drafting submissions and representing clients at conciliation and the Fair Work Commission.
You may have prior experience working on workplace investigations including following a serious workplace incident, as well as experience dealing with bullying and harassment complaints.
Lawyers with experience in workplace health and safety and / or Work cover matters, will also be highly regarded...
