We are looking for experienced disability support workers who take a person-centred approach when supporting people with disability.
In this role, you will be providing active support to clients within their home and their community to develop skills, independence, and friendships. Our clients enjoy getting out and accessing the community, they are a lot of fun and enjoy a chat with their support workers.
