You will have at least 2+ years' experience working as a Specialist Support Coordinator with relevant degree level qualifications e.g., social work, and the ability to support clients with complex support needs receiving services from large multi-disciplinary teams.
The role is located at modern offices in Mulgrave and is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm or part time (hours/days to be agreed).
