MHHS, situated on Galiwin’ku (Elcho Island), is a mobile Yolngu Medical Service covering 15,000 square kilometres in remote East Arnhem Land with a population around 300. There are 29 homelands in the Marthakal Homelands region, for which the medical service is on 24 hours emergency call.
