A 50 seat restaurant in Ballina is seeking a Cook / Junior Chef / Kitchen Hand to join the team. We are searching for a hands-on, strong, and passionate Cook / Junior Chef / Kitchen Hand to support our Chef with evening service. The workload will vary from assisting with prep, plating entrees, assisting with mains, etc. along with managing the dishwasher section as required. You will work closely with a small team of passionate industry professionals to ensure that every guest experiences our high standards of excellence.
