Based in Adelaide, this role will draw on your leadership, strategic and operational/service skills. You will be accountable for ensuring Aftersales/Service programs through the dealership network result in improved customer retention, and increased service & parts revenue , via identifying, implementing and reviewing initiatives & programs.
