The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Team with the Ambulatory Services Program are centrally located and supported by an administrative team. The Clinical Nurse Consultant team supports the cardiology streams for Heart Failure, Chest Pain, Structural Heart, and Cardiac Rhythm Management.
