Barrier Free Disability Services is looking for experienced Male and Female support workers to join their Craigieburn based team.
In the role of Disability Support Worker, you'll work as part of a team supporting clients within our shared supported accommodation homes in and around Craigieburn. You'll provide personal care, community access and person-centered support to clients, encouraging and empowering them to develop independent living skills and live the life they choose!
