At Uniting we call our Home Care Workers, 'Support Workers'. In this role, you’ll provide care and companionship for older people living in their own homes, to help empower their independence and improve their quality of life in the Cabonne Shire Council area . You’ll be required to travel to client’s homes and communities, using your own car.
