The Law Society of New South Wales has a statutory obligation to maintain and improve the professional standards of the legal profession in New South Wales. The Professional Support Unit (PSU) is one branch of the Society’s Legal Regulation Department (LRD) and together with the Office of the NSW Legal Services Commissioner (OLSC) fulfils this obligation through a number of key activities.
